It all started with a brilliant brand, incredible vision and relentless passion for healthier products pursued by a dedicated mom and an amazing investor.
It all started with the perfect serendipity when Slovakian born founder, CEO & healthy conscious mom Simona Huskova and a co-founder, entrepreneur and angel investor Rob D. Furst Jr. met more than 10 years ago. Between Simona’s ownership of a brilliant Way2B brand, premiere business experience, a vision to create truly better for you consumer products and Rob’s experience and access to a unique ingredient the perfect match was made and Way2B was born.

Simona Huskova is an accomplished, impactful and dynamic leader with expert knowledge across multiple business areas who connects and influences others with ease. More than 15 years ago she started her carrier in the CPG industry working for companies like Coca-Cola, The Hershey Company, Del Monte Foods and was in number of consulting roles helping start up brands and companies to launch.
Simona’s experience is broad and spreads across every business unit any traditional consumer package company would have: business planning, revenue management, operational investment, strategy, innovation, marketing, consumer/shopper insights, strategic sales…. Some of the brand examples are brands like Simply Orange, Minute Maid, Coca-Cola portfolio, Hershey’s Kisses, Meow Mix, Milo’s Kitchen and many others.
Simona utilizes her deep knowledge, creative and analytical ability unlike others but more importantly is dedicated to Way2B’s movement which empowers every individual way to be. Supports diversity and acceptance.
